This raid expedition begins with Tarakix V`Rasyrn at the Wayfarer camp in North Ro and takes place in an instance called Sunken Library.

'Well, are you going to stand there and gawk at me like a severed fishhead, or do you possess some minor semblance of skill and intellect? If you can rally the call of your friends perhaps you can help us with a serious [problem].' You say, 'I can help with your problem.' Tarakix V`Rasyrn says 'Well then, 'friend'. We have recently discovered that the sand elves within Takish-Hiz are planning to perform a ritual ceremony soon. We will need a raid of foolish . . . Er, brave adventurers to head into the depths of the sandy caves to investigate and bring a halt to the ceremony, if possible. Be on your guard, for there are sure to be many guards and other insidious traps in place to stop you. Are you [interested]?' You say, 'I am interested.' Tarakix V`Rasyrn says 'Good luck, _____. You will need it.' You receive the "Sunken Library" expedition (zone-in marked on compass). LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... You have entered Takish-Hiz: Sunken Library. You'll want to clear through the zone until you reach Geomancer Paara. Throughout the zone there are golem model NPCs named "the Sands of Knowledge" and "the Sands of Life". When all of the golems of one type are killed "The Flowkeeper of Knowledge" or "The Flowkeeper of Life" will spawn. The Sands of Knowledge cast: Sand Curse of Knowledge: PB AE 50', Prismatic (-275) 1: Decrease Mana by 500 per tick 2: Increase Curse Counter by 24 The Sands of Life cast: Sand Curse of Life: PB AE 50', Prismatic (-275) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 500 per tick 2: Increase Curse Counter by 24 The Flowkeeper of Knowledge casts: Greater Sand Curse of Knowledge: PB AE 150', Unresistable (-325) 1: Decrease Spell Haste by 50% 2: Decrease Mana by 1000 per tick 3: Limit: Combat Skills Not Allowed The Flowkeeper of Life casts: Greater Sand Curse of Life: PB AE 150', Prismatic (-325) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 1000 per tick 2: Decrease ATK by 500 You have slain the Sands of Life! Visions of all things life and growth flash through your mind. The Flowkeeper of Life has come. You have slain the Sands of Knowledge! Visions of endless knowledge and lore flash through your mind. The Flowkeeper of Knowledge has come. Killing the Flowkeepers unlocks the extra two chests at the end of the zone. the Flowkeeper of Life's corpse says 'The Jeweled Guard will make short work of you!' The ground rumbles and shakes, a mystic veil has been lifted revealing the hidden treasure of the sand elves. the Flowkeeper of Knowledge's corpse says 'The Jeweled Guard will make short work of you!' In addition to the Golems and Flowkeepers there are three "Jeweled Guardian ____" NPCs between the entrance and Geomancer Paara. It is likely they all need to be cleared in order for the raid to be able to engage Paara at the end of the instance. Bathas casts "Radiant Vexation": Radiant Vexation: PB AE 100', Prismatic (-300) 1: Increase Spell Damage by 0% 2: Decrease ATK by 300 3: Increase Curse Counter by 24 4: Limit: Combat Skills Not Allowed Faetran casts "Sand Quake": Sand Quake: PB AE 300', Magic (-325) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 1000 2: Stun (1.00 sec) Myriana casts "Brilliant Fury": Brilliant Fury: Single Target, Unresistable (0) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 2000 2: Stun (5.00 sec) Upon killing the third guardian: Shouts are heard from further in and a voice stands above the rest saying, 'My brethren of the Jeweled Guard prepare yourselves! We must not allow the Ceremony to be stopped!' Guards have come to stop the adventurers from interrupting the ceremony. There are two final NPCs guarding Geomancer Paara: Jeweled Champion Ridhaz and Jeweled Champion Wayvia, each of whom can be single-pulled and killed individually. Ridhaz casts "Entrapping Sands"; Wayvia casts "Senseless Sands": Entrapping Sands: PB AE 125', Prismatic (-300) 2: Decrease Movement by 36% (L1) to 65% (L30) 3: Decrease Hitpoints by 600 per tick Senseless Sands: PB AE 125', Chromatic (-300) 1: Decrease HP when cast by 1000 2: Decrease INT by 250 3: Decrease WIS by 250 4: Increase Curse Counter by 72 When both champions are dead, the fight with Paara begins. Jeweled Champion Ridhaz's corpse says 'The Jeweled Guard will make short work of you!' From nearby Geomancer Paara stirs from her trancelike state stopping her continual chanting and says, 'Fools you will come no further those that disturb the Ceremony of Renewal will pay with their lives!' Throughout the fight Geomancer Paara summons waves of Geomantic Pact sentinels. This occurs five times at roughly 20% increments of her health. There are four sentinels spawned per wave except in the final wave, where eight are spawned. Sands swirl around as the Geomantic Pact sends some sand constructs to aide Geomancer Paara in her battle. In addition to the adds, Paara casts three AEs: Grip of Stone: PB AE 125', Chromatic (-300) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 500 per tick 2: Decrease Mana by 500 per tick Petrifying Blast: PB AE 125', Chromatic (-300) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 1000 2: Stun (10.00 sec) Rain of Stone: Targeted AE 125', Chromatic (-300) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 1500 Geomancer Paara has been slain by _____! Geomancer Paara's corpse says 'The Jeweled Guard will make short work of you!' Your faction standing with Citizens of Takish-Hiz got worse. Your victory has shattered the shroud of magic surrounding the dungeon's treasure The mighty Geomancer whispers something intelligble as she falls to the ground in defeat. You have accomplished a mighty feat in stopping the Ceremony of Renewal. The lost treasures of the sand elves is yours for the taking. Three chests spawn with loot. Slew the Geomancer on 7/30 on Agnarr, and looted Jeweled Ring of Mastery from the Flowkeeper's Chest of Life, which is not listed as part of the loot table.

Be sure to melle the reward chests at the end. I was trying to open them by spells.
