You say, 'Hail, Scout Ethaniel'

Scout Ethaniel says 'Now that the council has the jumjum samples, I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of what makes it so important to the Bixies. We still, however, have to figure out just what they are up to. Will you help us find out what their [intentions] are?'

You say, 'Intentions?'

You have been assigned the task 'Bixie Plans'.

Scout Ethaniel says 'Go in and see if you can find out what they're planning. Bring back any proof of this to me.'

Scout Ethaniel needs to figure out just what the bixies are up to. Sneak into the Bixie farm house and see if you can discover their plans.

Find the entrance into the bixie farm 0/1 - Blightfire Moors

Kill 5 Stone Hive Warriors 0/5 - Blightfire Moors

Kill 3 Stone Hive slavers 0/3 - Blightfire Moors

"a Stone Hive Warrior" and "a Stone Hive slaver" are in the southern part of the bixie fields. Kill them.

Find the First piece of the Bixie Plan 0/1 - Blightfire Moors

Find the Second piece of the Bixie Plan 0/1 - Blightfire Moors

Find the Third piece of the Bixie Plan 0/1 - Blightfire Moors

Find the Fourth piece of the Bixie Plan 0/1 - Blightfire Moors

The plan pieces drop randomly off of the warriors and slavers. Keep killing them until you have looted all four pieces. The pieces are called "The First Piece of the Bixie Plan," "The Second Piece of the Bixie Plan," "The Third Piece of the Bixie Plan," and "The Fourth Piece of the Bixie Plan".

Bring the First Part of the Plan to Ethaniel 0/1 - Blightfire Moors

Bring the Second Part of the Plan to Ethaniel 0/1 - Blightfire Moors

Bring the Third Part of the Plan to Ethaniel 0/1 - Blightfire Moors

Bring the Fourth Part of the Plan to Ethaniel 0/1 - Blightfire Moors

Upon turning in the last piece:

Scout Ethaniel quickly pieces the plans together. After running his eyes over them, he stiffens a bit and seems a bit shocked by his discovery. He quickly rolls the plans up for safe keeping and tersely thanks you. It is apparent that he has much on his mind.

Your faction standing with Circle of the Crystalwing got better.
You gain experience!!

This unlocks the next task, "Bixie Thralls."

I played with the bixies a bit before I started this quest. I managed to loot all 4 pieces of the plan (all of which are NOT No Drop). Does this mean that they will count as turn ins for this quest?
