There is another way to raise Peacekeeper's faction if you're not already amiable. It's not easy and takes some doing. Make A LOT of Chocolate Marr Cherries (3 marr cherries foraged in ocean of tears and 1 winter chocolate combined in mixing bow yields 6 chocolate marr cherries). Take them to Miranda in the Stonebrunt Kerran village high in the mountains - use invisibility or camouflage and movement rate spell, levitate is recommended to avoid aggro from the mountain animals who are KOS to even rangers and druids (pandas and such were kos to my level 45 ranger of Tunare). Turn in 100s of the chocolate marr cherries to Miranda and you will get positive faction with that kerran village in the mountains and with the Peacekeepers. This quest was bearable to do because I roleplay my ranger and since she loves children, and there are so few in the game, this quest was actually a treat to do from a roleplay perspective. I didn't know when I decided to do this quest that it would give positive Peacekeeper faction, but it turned out to be a nice bonus. The bone chips quest in Erudin gives the best reward(s) out of all the bone chip quests in the game. Good luck.

2 quick notes: (Yes I am being lazy - got a cold and meds making me blurry :)

1) In the warrens are some prisoners. A euridte in with the cats from stoneburnt will give you a note to deliver to the peacekeeper guild mistress. It also gives you +peacekeeper faction. Once amiable you can turn in bonechips to max ally.

2) You can get a lot more treant shards in West Freeport at the Hogcallers inn by turning in small lanterns to a guy on the 2nd floor. somewhat rarely you also get a lore treant heart used in the druid/ranger epics you can ignore or destroy. The shards stack so get lots :) The small lanterns are sold in North FP near the bank. If you come out of the bank the 2nd building on the left has it. They are probably sold in EFP as well, but not in wfp. You will need to be non-KOS to woodelf factions.

My Druid set his bind infront of the euridite in the warrens and self-ported to Toxx. I don't remember how many times I did it but it was 60+. The cat prisioners were there before Stoneburnt was opened, so I found out about the chocolate cherries later. The cherries are foraged in the OOT (Ocean of Tears). Even a Warr (no insult intended) can deliver the note..just lots of running.

Now I am rambling..oh well...Happy Factioning! :)

I just completed the pearls portion of this quest in my 23rd Season as a Wizard. However, it was given to me by Weligon Steelherder. In return for the full bag of pearls, I got a small amount of money, faction, and tattered armor.

easy to raise just kill diseased sharks at the erud docks, you kill the mother shark and she spawns 2 baby sharks that have a bout 10 hp each every kill gives good peacekeeper faction.

If it did at one time, it no longer gives good peacekeeper faction. I killed the diseased shark a couple times and no faction results. The diseased shark does spawn between 0 to 8 'young sharks' that have < 38 HP. These 'young sharks' give + faction hits to the four caster factions and - with heretics. It may also give good High Guard or High Counsel faction as well. But each young shark gives the bonuses.

rough guess, 10 peacekeeper staves took me from indiff to amiable with peacekeepers. so.... 10 faction per staff? not bad

440 wood shards took me from dubious to max ally with merchants of erudin. after another 250 wood shards i had hough council and high guard max ally

I lost track at one point) until I was amiable to Peacekeepers and could get the Peacekeeper Staff quest. I had started off as Indifferent to Peacekeepers.

Here's why:

Splintered Club
Delay 28 Damage 4
Useable by clerics and paladins and a bunch of other classes too.
Drops off level 1 skeletons and many other level 1 or 2 creatures or can be purchased off a vendor that someone sold to for about 5gp.

Tattered is player made patchwork which is easier to make by combing vendors for ruined pelts than this quest is to do not to mention leather is lighter and has more AC and can be purchased off vendors throught the world although there probably isn't a vendor that sells leather in Erudin.

Erudin has about the worst quests of anyplace and they are the hardest to get faction for, wonder what the guys at verant were smoking when they did that city.

The swimmers are from qeynos rogues guild and are part of another quest given by someone in the deepwater knights guild house.

It is possible to get the pearl without invis or fighting the shark. I swim just close enought to grab the pearl then quickly swim away. They don't seem to come after me.

Please people when you know that someone has been camping for a long time, don't pester them about when they are going to leave. Don't sit down next to them to "wait" until they are done. You might be waiting a long time and then the time it takes for you to complete your camp on top of that. The NPC will always respawn and will always be there. Just ask them kindly if they will send you a tell when they are done and 9 times out of 10 they will. These players are tired from camping that long of a period and quite understandably a little grouchy and become extremely nervous at the thought of someone possibly stealing their kill. So, be courteous.

You must be amiable to Lumi to get this quest started. Giving the note to Emil gives the Peacekeeper staff (lore) and these factions:

+MerchantsofErudin, +HighCouncilofErudin, +HighGuardofErudin

Rodgar the Tall is above the cobbler shop in N. Qeynos. Ask him about "treant wood." Giving him 4 odus pearls gets you stackable wooden shards and the following faction:

+MerchantsofQeynos, -CircleOfUnseenHands, +AntoniusBayle, +CoalitionofTradefolk, +GuardsofQeynos

Giving the wooden shard to Emil gets you Treant Resin (lore). Faction:

+MerchantsofErudin, +HighCouncilofErudin, +HighGuardofErudin

Combining the treant resin and the odus pearl in the staff creates the "Peacekeeper Staff." A lore, 1HB 4/30, CLR/PAL only weapon.

Turning the staff into Lumi gets you a piece of tattered (in my case), little xp, pocket change and faction:

+PeaceKeepers, +HighCouncilofErudin, -Heretics, -Heretics

Giving wood shards to Emil is one way for non-residents of Erudin to raise their faction with Merchantsof Erudin; you can do this even if you're dubious to Emil. My Erudite SK raised his merchant faction to apprehensive with just over 20 wood shards, which allows him to do business with most of the non-guild merchants in Erudin and Toxxulai Forest.

For natives of Erudin, delivering the note to Emil is a much easier way to improve merchant faction, but I don't know of a way for outsiders to raise PeaceKeeper faction to amiable so they can do that part of the quest.
