I hate LOCs too, thank you.
EDIT: This quest says it is completeable by a level 1. Not without alot of help. Me, a 33 Wizard, and two guildies of mine, a 21 Bard and a 20 Druid, did this quest. Maybe we are missing something, but we had to grimling gate, SoW, bard played invis so I wouldn't have to deal with recasts, and we ran to Tenebrous. Alot of mobs in Tenebrous see invis, so don't go running through here if you have a druid or wizard, just Lesser Evac to the Katta zone. Zoned in, bound, and did the turn in. Nexus ported us back, did the final turn in and got the faction. Bard has no gate so couldn't MQ it easily and decided not to, Druid, a Wood Elf, did it 3 times and got to apprehensive, I am on my 5th time and am still dubious, as a DE. Just a little extra info.
