Dropped a Arcane Kobald parchments,Lore No drop, for me. As well as a Cracked Staff. Spawned in one of the two small rooms directly above location 10 on the EQatlas map for the warrens.

He had conned DB to me. I was a lvl 13 necro. He had DoTed me with Heat Blood and Clingging Darkness which hurts......
I had ended up dying twice cause of this.
The third time my pet was attacking him and he managed to not get off any DoTs so I DoTed him instead...easy kill
Drop a Arcane Scroll whatever that is..Its a Lore Item(don't know if its no drop, playing on FV)

The no drop from him is for a newbie weapon quest in paineel. In the main necro guild instead of going up the stairs straight through the door go to center ina sort of alcove there is a chick trainer that gives out the quest for the newbie armor (which isn't so bad really looks like dark blood red leather, has okay stats too) abbatoir innitiate etc there is a staff quest.. Have to kill the fading spectre out in tox for part of it too. This guy was the toughest to get =)
I was in the Warrens today with one of my alts, when suddenly this guy appeared. He was light blue to my 18 Beastlord and was an easy kill, although he doted me with a few different dots. I love the Warrens and know the place like my own house, so you can imagine how surprised I was to see this guy. He droped a Cracked Staff and a Arcane Kobold Parchment (no drop), and a little cash.
Conned blue to me at 15. Scared the bajeezus out of me when I went down to the "safe room" to med and this white named kobold was behind the door.
Went in as a lvl 13 Human Cleric with a 13 Barbarian Shaman and took out the sentry that was in there and then this thing came out of nowhere. Surprised both of us a lot! We managed to survive, she had not way to taunt it off of me and I wound up with 32 HP's left. Good xp but what a surprise. It conned black to both of us at lvl 13.

Conned blue to my level 13 warrior today. Seeing the levels mentioned above, I guess I have been lucky. :)

Rikfeer the Arcane drops the Arcana Kobold Parchment which is a part of the new Abattoir Initiate Armor and Staff quest.
The Quest is given by Shwara Voleron in the necromancers guild in Paineel.
This is a Erudite Necromancer armor and staff only.

He spawns in what use to be a safe room just east of the Pitfighters on prince's side of warrens.
Location pos 600 neg 1000.
This use to be a good place for level 10 - 12 to meditate and rest. With nasty Rikfeer there can be hard and he is a quick spawn.
He will cast engulfing darkness and other nasty spells. It appears he is some kind of a necromancer.

I killed him today and got the same items...wish I knew what the parchment was for...

has anyone ever seen this guy spawn, if so what dose he drop?

Saw him after the patch today, was green to my 20th lvl Druid, droppped a cracked staff and a "Arcane Kobald Parchment", anyone know what it's for?
