I killed this one at a small tent of grol baku, near a large number of wandering vas ren aliens, at roughly /location neg1730 pos220. I've also gotten this robe from an alien in a cave system, near the Sun Reaver plateu.

Where do these things spawn or is it random? The information I've found leads me to believe it is in the SE corner, but I'd like to be sure before I make the pain in the *** run over to SD.
Back up two screens to eq atlas map...one south and one south east. go to map for exact coordinates.

Well i just tracked this little guy down and he dropped a very nice bracer. Bracer of Defense :15ac 3sta 20hp...WAR CLR PAL SHD BRD / ALL. magic, lore, wt 2.0. I am quit impressed with the ac on this, better than most ive seen.

Well this is my take on these fellows. I cant tell you there exact HP but I can say its not that high. The have a self proc that i resist 19 out of 20 hits (My MR is 88). The bodyguards do not always drop the bracer. For my exp its about 1 in 2. As far as their MR they have fairly low, they resist my darkness / fear about once every 15 casts. This is unbelievable exp for me a lvl 53. Grab a healer, even a pally or ranger, and the exp is almost the same per kill but is much faster. The only negative is if there is a blue shaman around they will heal your mob, A BIG PAIN! Also the blue will not add in a fight but they will attack a pet that are attacking. The biggest drawback of this zone is the CR =/

A lot of the Luclin creatures were borrowed from various Sci Fi flicks. There are rock guys too just like in galaxy quest.
Believe it or not but galaxy quest didnt invent rock creatures. The idea of a "golem" has been around forever. hell, i believe itheir even in lord of the rings and thats been around for a long *** time. their also in about 50 other video games that came out way before galaxy quest.
