Narra 100% shares a cycle with brother Qwinn. Qwinn does not despawn, you will need someone capable of killing Qwinn if you find him up. I had about 10 Qwinns appear before Narra showed her face. Dropped Crown.
Easier way for me was to kill any roamer west of Paw, north to south. Bull Elephants, elephant calves, and an elephant are not on the cycle. Kill all of the usual, aviaks, centaurs, lions, lioness, mist wolf, shadow wolf. I even killed any cyclops that spawned west of paw but not sure if they are on the cycle or not.

I did not spawn her, but while hunting for another named ran into her pathing along west wall north of Splitpaw.
I finally saw Narra today. It wasn't on the server where I hunted her forever, but now I can say she does still exist.

Tried finding her again this past weekend given rare spawns were supposed to occur more often. Still have not seen her. I may try again in the future, then maybe not.

...my understanding is the rare spawn events only impact NPC put in the game Omens of War and later due to a code change/flag they made at that time. So all the newer named become more common.

Hunting for Brother Qwinn for wife's monk. She was running along western wall of zone.
Happy somebody was lucky. I never did find her. Gave up.
Been at this for 5 days now with my baby Druid. A Monk killed everything in the western part of the zone for 6 hours yesterday and neither Narra or Brother Kwinn for the Monk spawned. We tried every technique mentioned online to no avail.

7 days now. Qwinn spawned twice, still no Narra.
Day 9 now and I think I've seen every rare with the exception of Mroon and Narra. I GIVE UP, lolol.
Day 12, not concentrating on it anymore, drop in a couple of times a day to check track. NEVER up.
No more, don't know if she's still in the game, but I'm done with looking. Rare is one thing, but this is and was insane.....
Nearly the end of June and still haven't seen her on track at all. Gotta assume she is no longer in the game.....

Does she still exsist? I wandered around SK for days and days with my druid and never seen here once!
I know this is years later, but I really think she either doesn't exist anymore or the spawn is bugged. Not once have I seen her in almost 2 weeks.

Killing anything or anyone who popped in the zone. Dropped crown and took bad faction hits :) She popped on western zone wall about half way down just above the shadowed men.

This item is descent I need to go get one,like in the next 5 min. Haven't seen one on Cazic-thul yet but I'm sure they are there. The scim would be nice too with 6 dmg 22 dly not bad. Well have fun and stay safe, but mostly have fun.

narra is such a pain to find, been in SK a lot and never seen her up. i frequently went there trying to find Sentry Alechin for about 3weeks.
but anyway due to the fact she is so hard to find i am porbably going to just buy a nightshade wreath, its got more ac. it's a decent item, unfortunately there aren't many good wisdom items for the head slot for a druid.

Just killed Narra hunting for that insane Quillmane cloak. I didnt know who she was at the time, tried to hail her and the ****** wouldn't talk to me, so I killed her. Got the crown. Twas very good cause even at 49, my head slot was empty (don't read into that 8D). I found her headed west from the druid rings in the south.
BTW Senty Alechin was floating around there at the time and I killed him too. Took bad faction hits with Qeynos good guys though. Dropped nothing but a locket. Same locket that dropped off this werewolf that I hadn't seen in SK before.

Actually no...Nightshade Wreath is same ac and wis, just also has 5int, even weighs less at 0.1 than the Crown of Leaves. But hey, if you are a wisdom caster, who cares...whichever you can get first, get it...but it is kinda cool to get an item that is still so rare that most people have never seen it.

I have been hanging out in South Karana off and on for a long time looking for her. I was beginning to wonder if Verant had removed her from the game. I finally tracked her last night. She was running northwest between the centaur stables and the bridge to North Karana. I am a level 29 druid, and she conned blue to me. I was in wolf form and caught up to her. I cast grasping roots, immolate, and creeping crud. She cast some spells at me (not sure which ones) and broke root once. I cast a second round as my spells expired and she died quickly after that. She dropped the crown of leaves and a short sword. I had about 70% of my hit points left, and about 40% of my mana. It was very exciting to win a +5 wisdom item in battle.

I had been searching for Narra for about two weeks up until I had killed her and gotten the crown. faction hits were pretty hard because I went from being apprehensive to amiable to guards in freeport. I was searching for her spawn location and found two websites that listed it as (-5304, 1507) and I wasn't too sure because about half the people I talked to said they kept seeing here near Grimrot's camp, and the other half said between Paw and KFC. When I finally saw her on track I was right near her supposed spawn location. I was only at 60 mana so I had to med up so I could take her on. She started running Northwest and ended up on the zone wall north of the shadowed men, and right when I caught up to her she started running south towards the shadowed men along the zone wall. She was a fairly simple mob for a lvl 30 druid.

I happened to run across Narra again the other night while camping the South spire at paw. This was very close the the supposed spawn location and where I spotted her the time before. She ran to almost the same exact location to the northwest that I tracked her down at before, and I killed her there again. This time I soloed her at lvl 30 and she was no problem.

Ok, I'm a 24 necro with my new pet getting exp buffer at KFC. I see a yellow Tesch Mas run by but im lom. He runs south so I med up a little. By the time I get mana and go south, he's nowhere to be seen, but lo and behold, this BLUE conning drood is runnin past me (dubious) so i figure lets rock. EG, fear (resisted), poison, tap, she kills pet, uh oh. She interrupts a few of my casts by hitting me with her SWORD?? No it wasn't a scimitar, I looted a SHORT SWORD. Anyway, she stops meleeing (YAY) and casts a few fire spells on me for 35 each, unfortunately for her, I got off 4 lifedraws at 73 each. Looted the crown, woot! So, the level range on her is at LEAST 23 on the low end.

If you are worried about being KoS to the guards in Qeynos hills or North Qeynos hill here is a hint "Kill the bandits in the same zone you killed her in to regain the faction lost".

wow this realy suck's as a druid i spend most of my time porting around looking for good loot i can farm and then i find this great 5 wis head item and .... oh yeh verant has done it again .... i know lets put all the good druid head items on Mob's that druids can't kill becuase of faction hit's ... so im off to EC now to pay some snotty little necro a amazing amount of cash for this item which i could have easily hunted for my self.... thnx verant .... i love u so much <mumble mumble>

you know that if you are any druid that these are an evil faction of druids, and that we are warring against them, like the hermit in SK, and if you do the nitrates quest from the jaggedpine folk in surefall glade you lose faction with these guys.

Heh, yeah, I know it sucks... but if you think about it... if you're running around looking for great druid type items, are you going to be looking for druids, necros or warrior-type mobs to get these items?

Dont kill her to much! Man i saw a guy that killed him like 5 times he got KOS in Qeynos LOL I was Laughing my head off when he needed to go the bank in Qeynos and he forgot he was KOS ROFLMAO ahh man like 50 guards chasing him. some caster killed him. he said he did 1473 DMG!!!

No, this post is wrong. You don't lose faction in Qeynos for killing an evil (Unkempt) druid. You lose Qeynos faction in a heartbeat killing treants. Besides, this is a rare spawn -- killing her 5 times would be a major accomplishment.
