Oculys Ogrefiend  

He spawns near Lake Rathe where Blinde the Cutpurse and Taskusk spawn.

Dropped him the other night fairly easy for my 46 bard just run around and twist the 3 DOT songs i have took at least 4-5 times longer then normal but worth it he droped the totemic helm and a blue diamond lol cant wait to see him again.
P.S. ive kited Tarskus(Rng ivy etched quest piece)and was lucky i was a bard because he outran my sow so i had to strat my selos but this named cyclops was just as fast as a HG so he takes longer but he cant catch you if sown lol

Kited this dude pretty easy...con blue at 51.
Dropped Blue Diamond, Totemic Vambraces & Essence of Rathe. Never hit me but seemed to have around the same HP as Broog only was less resistant to my dots & roots.

Is Totemic armor any good ?

Killed him at 46(druid). hits like the others said up to 130(about). Was semi resistant to my firespells and semi to my magic based dot. Had to change tactics in the middle of battle as I was low on mana. just ran him up and down the wall reapplying my dot... lots of hitpoints( my guess is around 6k hp. I didn't notice an hp regen though. As I said before I had lil to no mana, so I couldn't reapply my dot without interuptions. He dropped totemic bracers and a ruby crown, also some plat.

I was on my way out of Rathe Mountains, headed to Lake Rathe, and this guy is on track. Long kite, but he goes down and drops Totemic Cloak, ac10 sta4 or something like that, shaman only.

I have bad luck with rare spawns and this is the first rare spawn I've seen in rathe mtns, with the exception of having Zephyl show up once to test my fear song out while I was kiting a hill giant. Even seeing this guy was just some other group taking him on so no loot for me but here's what I noticed. Blue at 51, hit into the 130s, and the ton of hitpoints thing seems wrong, it appeared that he had it all in regen as the group fighting him could barely keep his HP bar from going back up. Anyhow, I managed to help them out by putting fear and chains on him (that's fear kiting for all the non bards out there) and eventually had to help melee but between me and their group concentrating on offensive power he eventually died. They said he dropped totemic boots, he gave no faction hits.

Just smacked this guy in RM, he was like a regular clops as far as spells, no resists. Myself 53 ranger and a 40 ranger kited him up and down the wall by LR zone a few times, lots of HP and hits very hard. Loot was a totemic bracer and a blue diamond, plus some paltry cash.

Drops totemic armor??? Totemic is quest armor, no where else have I EVER heard of a mob dropping completed pieces of ANY classes quest armor, much less totemic... I'd have to see it to believe it.

Killed this guy yesterday with a shammy both of us lvl 44 and had him bite the dust in about 20 mins. stacked Drifting Death with the shammys VoS. Lots o hps! dropped Totemic BP.

Oculys spawns near the bandit camp in the Cyc area of RM. Very fast, very deadly. Hits for 100+ and seems to have a natural haste, as he was hitting me so fast I couldn't get a snare off and had to run like a little girl :)

This guy can't outrun sow. I was fighting another clops and he joined in. I managed to race away and gate to safety.

Me and a lvl 51 necro got him last night...he has plenty of HP (6000-7000) or so. He dropped me a Totemic Helm and 4pp. Saved me the time to get the Helm though :)

being a shaman in rath, when i heard he was out i came running
of course he was red to me, at 35th, and i just sat there watching him
then i heard a call for a group forming to kill him. and I ran over to watch.
the group was a 46th paly and 2 40+ lvl casters, i said hello and got the job
as healer. off we went. it was a tough battle. the paly took a lot of damage even with an ac near 800. Mr orgefriend tends to hit for 100+ no mater who you are. one caster went oom and the other finished him off seconds later
after it was over, we reviewed the fight. the paly did 500+ in damage, and and needed 900+ in heals to end the fight at 2 bubs left. two pets did 200 or so in damage. the one caster did 2000+ to him, but the wizard did a reported 5000 to him. the loot a few plat, a rune for a 44th or 49th lvl pet spell and one totemic bracer.
he did move fast and with that many htps i don;t think anyone is going to kite him :) he got 3 attacks around, i think. he was getting debuffed so he may get more. the servers had been upgraded that day and it took about 4-6 hours of cyclop killings to bring him out. after he came out there was a bunch of cyclops running around at least twice as many as before
