spawn loc confirm?

can anyone confirm spawn loc? have been here 2 days killin everything from CY to jail and to the mound/pool/temple area and not 1 spawn

EDIT: finally got him to spawn, was in any of the rooms just before the jail, did NOT spawn from the roamers

Spawns in place of roamers in the NW section tunnel, between the Courtyard and Mound / Pool area (up top, not down with the skeeters and gators, generally in the tunnel or before it, near the jail.
