I got a pair of these way back when, (2/02ish) and just loved the look. I am now the owner of two sets of these red greaves. Found my second pair being sold and although I dont really need them I just HAD to buy them. They are very stylish for a night out and very rare. ;)

For the trivia-minded, these were originally dropped by the Tae Ew Templar in Cazic Thule (long before the CT revamp).
Rubicite armor drops were removed from the game (replaced by Ravenscale drops) in the October 13th, 1999 patch (the same patch that moved the Journeyman's Boots off of Drelzna).
