I recently went to speak to this guy but I take it my faction isn't high enough. Can someone tell me how to raise faction with the two quest guys please. I really don't want to risk handing stuff to him and it get wasted.

this guy does the crafted bp quest. if nobody new that. You hail to him and he will talk about crafted blha blha blah. He wants you to get a werewolf talon off gypsy musician in mistmoore(lvl 30'ish) easy with help, and 3 rubies you can buy from a merchant so it is pretty easy.

can an evil race, or iksar do the crafted armor quests?

Im making a warrior and have alomst all the crafted armour items sitting in the bank. Im a dark Elf necro and was wondering if this guy will do buisness with me? I havent killed an centuar ever.

a lot of ppl accidentaly give the stuff needed in the quest to the centaur beside ulan. annoying as hell... BUT if your high enough to kill the one beside ulan (ulan will aggro on you) they drop a few quest items... i got a free crafted bracer out of the deal...

Don't kill him if someone is doing a crafted quest. It's just not polite.

He's a merchant, don't bother killing him. No loot, no exp, no body.
