a banished kerran  

I killed the banished kerran when the ridge was changed, and i forgot that a long time ago I learned killing it lowered beta neutral. I was tracking around the area seeing what dropped, saw this kitty being indiff like ALL the rest of the things there and killed it. Saw beta neutral go down and went "EEP."

The immediate result i noticed was that the new giver of the paw quest, a beta neutral kitty in kerra, was now apprehensive and dissed me. She would give me nothing even for the weed for the copper coin. Wolf form made no diff.

Abashi, Gordin Wrinn, later posted on the eq message board that nothing should lower beta neutral and if something does to bug it and to petition in game for it to be set to indiff. I did. I then immediately went to High Hold pass and bought 250 or so bloodstones from a jeweler lady then brought them to the erudite beta neutral guy there who sells spells (now indiff = ) ) and gave them to him 4 at a time (5 still registers as 4.) My beta neutral is very warmly now and this probably won't happen to me again even if I make a mistake.

After travellin' from silent fist clan in qeynos, i went to see my brothers and sisters of the ashen order in FP. the guild leader begins the quest. ask him "what treant fists" or somethin' ta the effect. he gives ya a token "puab's token" an tellds ya ta give it ta clawfist (this guy) an he gives ya a 4-slot box. he says that he lost his friend when fightin' green goblins an wants his remains. an ive heard that there is a monk quest in runny eye/maze fer somethin' so im guessin' this is it. i dunno what goes on from here cause i gave the token ta clawfist taday, but i hope it helps my fellow monks.

What sort of faction hits do you take for killing this guy? Heh, like it's worth going into KITH to find out.
