Status ReceiptWhat faction is this guy on? Hoping to do the quest with a Heretic Necromancer as soon as I hit 40 but I'm worried I'm KOS in parts of Ak'Anon.

This guy can be found at loc: 814, -165, -68.
He is near the king, opposite Watchman Hodl.
Enter the keep building. From the room with 4 doors and a dip (786,-139, -36), turn left, go through door oopposite in next room, turn right, down the ramp, round the corner and through a door, immediate right, 2 spiders ahead, go between them, turn left, right and down ramp. He is at the bottom if this ramp.
This guy cons DB to me at 65.
