A Guide for Taxidermists
Both hobbyists and
professionals will find the
continent of Alaris has
many interesting creatures
that are suitable for
taxidermy.
This text will go over a
| number of unique creatures
and the proper way to mount
their heads. Keep in mind
that your tailoring skills
will be needed for most of
the work, but woodworking
skills will be needed for
the mounting board.
Known creatures include:
Goral, selyrah, kangon,
scavengers, and grendlaen.

- Wooden Planks
- Metal Hinges
- Sandpaper
- Polish
Carve the blanks into a
pleasing shape to mount the
animal head. Sand to
perfect smoothness, and
apply polish. Attach hinges
for mounting.

- Mounting Board
- Simple Sewing Needle
- Plated Filament
- Tanning Chemicals
- Linens
Prepare and tan the
creature's skin for
mounting, and stuff with
linens or rags.
