Ok, not to complain or anything, but 1000 damage proc potions, usable...at LEVEL 40?? It helps with DPS an' all, but exactly how dummied down is this game goin ta get?

I know it's an old post, but the damage scales with your level. It won't proc for that much at level 40.
Heh, and all the ingredients are buyable. Pretty sad. You have to wait until level 46 for the Scepter of Destruction to proc a "mere" 274 HP nuke. Looks like I'm starting a Rogue. Imagine a maxxed hasted, maxxed Dex Rogue dual weilding weapons loaded with this poison or higher.
