So figure 16 additional steps in between those two sets of stats. Each step being a little better toward the charm max.

Conversely, if you choose to go with Crystallos/DSHills essence/core/drop armors you will go down approximately 12.5%, per non cultural piece worn, from the charm max. So weigh your crystallos essence upgrades against your current cultural keeping the downgrade of the charm in mind also.
