for stat shown, must use dwerium. lesser metals = lesser stat.
not level capped, i have on a level 1 druid, full strength in a dwerium tri ring.
none of these new jc stones go into other armor (cultural slot type 11)
however, you CAN put augs into the new jewelry and have it show.

I wonder if you are aug it on Dwerium jewelries? not others. if you aug it on others that would show lower than normal. I aug on Dwerium trio ring and it shows current 250 to all and ac 10 alone.

Only works in Jewel crafted items. Try it in a Trio ring. Just made a 100 hp 475 mana item.
I put mine into arm piece cultural for lvl 65 to 69 since it was best armor item with available slot that the aug would fit in. I dont know what the silver to dwerium means since I am still fairly new to the game but I feel ripped off since I paid a nice sum for the aug expecting to get some decent mana from it.

Put into intricate moonsilver armband. 77 mage. No stats viewable on aug, no stats shown on manabar. No change in AC either.

is there a level you have to be to get the max ac and mana cause i'm only getting 29 mana added from this aug on my lvl 68 cleric?

The stats depend on the 'Setting' that they're inserted into; ranging from Silver to Dwerium. There could even be a recommended level thing involved, I don't know which item you Inserted it into.
BTW, when I equipped mine, it showed AC 7 and Mana 285 on my 75 chanter. Wonder if it is level capped?
Combine Marquis Cut Tool, Jewelers Glass and Indigo Nihilite to create Marquis Cut Indigo Nihilite. Right now.. results in Marquis Cut Indigo Nihilite, Trilion Cut Tool, and Jewelers Glass. Combine Trilion Cut Tool twice by itself to get it back to Marquis. Posted under Indigo Nihilite also.
