Appropriate plate mold, smithy hammer, sea temper, leather padding, chain jointing, appropriate number of high quality folded sheets of metal:

visors, collars, and bracers - 1 folded sheet of HQ ore.
Helms, pauldrons, girdles, vambraces, gauntlets, boots- 2 folded sheets of HQ ore.
Breastplates, greaves, and cloaks

Trivials very high

Considering that the only difference between this and the Imbued version is the imbued gem, why would anyone make this. The AC is the same as the midlevel quest armor (eg crafted for warrior), and would be a royal pain to make. No stats, and you have to gather all that HQ ore, and the ingredients for the temper, plus the skins and silks for the padding. PLEASE don't waste all this effort on unembued field plate. Its only one AC better than Fine plate, and you can buy all of the ingredients for fine plate, except for the paddings, from vendors. The imbued versions are great, and some of them use inexpensive gems, like rose quartz for ero marr. The finished product is very nice. Of course, Mith Marr uses diamonds, but still, I'd rather blow the 300 or so plat per diamond than waste the materials making the non-embued version.
