Mystical Glazes of the Planes

Item sculpted from the
specialized clay created by
the potters of New Tanaan
may be coated with one of
several rare and mystical
glazes before being fired in
the Tanaan Kilns. A gem
imbued with the power of
the plane that the glaze
originates from is often set
into the sculpted item as
well to enhance the natural
magical properties of the
glaze.
Here are the instructions
for several glazes that have
been used by the potters of
New Tanaan.

Justice Glaze: Crush one
Enforcer Stone and one
Grallok Quartz, and mix with


Glaze Lacquer.

Innovative Glaze: Crush one
Moonstone Crystal and mix
with Silicorrosive Grease and
Glaze Lacquer.

Diseased Glaze: Mix one
part Foul Smelling Liquid
with Putrid Ooze and
Glaze Lacquer.

Agonizing Glaze: Crush a
Tormentors Hoof and mix with
Putrescent Blood and Glaze
Lacquer.

Tempest Glaze: Crush one
Stormwatchers Stone and
one Sandstorm Pearl, and
mix with Glaze Lacquer.

War Glaze: Crush one Living
Coal and mix with War Wraith


Blood and Glaze Lacquer.

Valorous Glaze: Crush one
Large Shard of Stone and mix
with Metallic Liquid and
Glaze Lacquer.

Magma Glaze: Crush one Fiery
Granite and one Solidified
Magma and mix with Glaze
Lacquer.

Aqua Glaze: Crush Emerald
Colored Mephit Scales and mix
with Oil of a Frog and Glaze
Lacquer.

Earthen Glaze: Crush one
Shattered Crystal and mix
with Liquefied Earth and
Glaze Lacquer.

Windy Glaze: Crush one
Alabaster Beak and one Ivory


Stormrider Canine and mix
with Glaze Lacquer.

You can get this book by saying "magnificent glazes" to Gligo Muddypants in the Plane of Knowledge.

You say, 'Hail, Gligo Muddypants'
Gligo Muddypants says 'Oh, hello there, <your name>! From the way you examine my wares it would seem that you are experienced in the art of pottery. There are a number of [magnificent glazes] that have been discovered here in New Tanaan. I have a notebook around here somewhere containing instructions for them.'

You say, 'magnificent glazes'
Gligo Muddypants says 'Oh here it is! I'm sure I have another one laying around here somewhere. Feel free to take that one if you think you'll make use of it.'
