Scars of Veliousthe top 4 things a necro looks for are generally:
int(up to 200)
hp
mana
stamina
int helps alot up to 200 but then it kind of stops helping with only 6 mana past 200 for each point. Hps are always great to have for lich conversion and are essentially mana. Mana is great for a greater mana pool. And finally, stamina is great for more hps. Seeing on how most of the SS armor has all of these attributes, SS armor is some of the best necro armor in the game. Just my 2 cp

The only use my Necro has for high INT is tradeskills: I could easily have 255 INT, but I'm much happier with 190-ish INT, focus effects and lots of hit point gear.

The HP on this item are not to bad, its hard to find a good bracer with hp. bkwirm 55 necro with alittle over 1khp? Thats it? I have a 54 necro with 1.4khp unbuffed. I have this bracer and its pretty nice. I have seen very few bracers worth it and this one is one of them.

Why does a necro need int? Hp's is where its at.. I can turn my life into mana all day long. the only chanter spell that sticks on me is kei. mana's never a probelm, being 55 with just over 1k hp's is.

int to necros is secondary to hp wich tov **** is GODLY for
man...necros really get shafted with int, the bracer only gives 3int, this only gives 5int...look at some prestidigitators stuff for mages, almost makes me feel sorry for necros, almost.

I have noticed between the Velious armor quests ss is stats, kael is ac, thurg is a little of the two.
