Well, I'm a 37 druid of Rallos Zek. I was going to Stonebrunt when I saw a light-blue on track. Shocked, I went to check it out. I killed this guy in a couple Combusts and that 34 lighting nuke, and he proved not to be worth it. Dropped a potion with ONE charge of Light Healing and a latern for enchanters (no drop) which I let rot on the corpse. Afterwards, another Halfling Druid came by. He conned red to me (42+) and he claimed that I should give him the robe that dropped. I told him that it didn't drop, and he believed me. Then I asked him why he wanted the robe; he said for his wizzard. On Rallos Zek, No Drop is a step above all else. This made me wonder enough to check up this robe. Now I wonder, "WHAT THE HECK?!?!? A RED CAME BY FOR THIS PIECE OF JUNK!?!?"
So, notes:
1: This bites for people who can walk up and nuke it over.
2: This dude is immune to Stun (like it matters) and hastes himself
3: Poor charasima does NOT help fear last longer. Elsewise, my fear would last til death lols.
3b: The previous poster was an idiot (lols).
4: Its name makes you wonder how it was soiled
5: N00bs beg for these; don't mention you killed him lols.
6: I could have meleed him to death....easily..... (Poor "baby dragoon"...its going to get meleed to death by a wizard some day!) (37 druid, approx. 780ac, 850 attack, 1220HP, regening) (yeah, semi twinked lols)
And my questions:
1: WHY THE HELL? Get a Green Silken Drape if you're as broke as heck, they run for 150pp max on Rallos! They're not terrible, unlike this thing! If you can camp this dude, you can make 150 easy.
2: Is there any (mental) help avialable for my druidic aquitence?
3: Why does anyone who kills this dude want this stuff? Dang expansions, started with Kunark jading us all!

Aparently you havent learned much though. I've played on Rallos a bit, quite a while ago, before there were even newbie quests (the new spanken quest armor thats available to newbies, which would have been shockingly uber back then), which was infact around the time of this post.
The most valueable thing on Rallos in armor, is No Drop. If you had a full set of no drop armor, you could exp at free will, pvp, and all! without a single care about getting killed and losing your gear. (on rallos (pvp) you can kill people and loot 1 piece of armor)

Not strictly true. Although it doesn't increase the duration of fear (NO, IT DOESN'T) it does increase (slightly) the amount of aggro you recieve, thereby increasing the effectiveness of taunt. So a necro or wizzy? - nah, not unless you like melee )

actually negative cha makes fear work better. whenever you go to sell just take off the whatever has minus to cha.
Yea, negative charisma makes fear work better! And you better watch that anti-camp radius when you go to get this robe too!

nope. actually it is a myth that negative cha makes fear work better. I have tested that extensively, and a few months ago, verant actually said that char does not effect fear.
All it does is make you ugly :)

The rarity says common, which isnt true. First this guy spawns like every 90 mins or more. Second it took me about 10 kills before he dropped the robe. Now none stop camping that would make it 900mins (or 15 hours). Of course..i cant imagine someone who wants to sit for 15 hours camping this guy. So i think the rarity should be changed to rare.
my wizzy friend got this robe finally after 3 days of camping mugl with my ranger and him, on th 9th death of that tadpole he dropped robe, looks like gurynai legion GI with yellowish/brown instead of the whitish brown that the GI has, really cool looking not great stats thou.pole dropped 3 times and cleric BP dropped once, also stein and shield dropped, which my druid looted both, the rest rotted heh.

Was in the Warrens last night with my 9th lvl Necro. Someone who was camping the giant tadpole shouted that this had dropped. I already have better gear, but I was the only Necro/Wiz in the zone so I invis'd and went and got it. I have to say that it is a neat looking robe. Looks like a darker version of the Burynai Legion Gi. Seeing as how it is No Drop, technically you could be as low as an 8th lvl Necro and get this with Gather Shadows.

The Muglwump is a shaman i believe. I have killed him a few time now and have heard of him referred to as the "newbie dragon" of the warrens. At 24 he is yellow to me. For you Enc don't use an earth pet on it because when low health it will run and gets stuck in the doorway but keeps trying to run and doesn't fight back but if rooted it will keep fighting. He is the highest level mob in the warrens i believe. This zone is fun.

This is a fairly nice robe, if all above posts are true, I would say that it may go for about 150pp, 200pp on a good day.
But at lvl 30 you should at least have an oracle robe. 5 int 5 dex ect...
This is basically an item u sell for cash, maybe to twink to a lower lvl newbie.
I just want to set the record straight. One of my friends said he was told it was worth 1000PP. And i replied "only to morons" because the oracle robe with more than twice the int, no negative stats and a few other bonuses, (like 5 dex for example) is only 500pp.

Well, it's NO DROP, so you couldn't sell it, even if you wanted to. But on a PVP server like Rallos Zek (my dear home), this robe is VERY worth having. A must have!

please, It's only 2 int, What casters need is int and mana. But if you are an eru with 200 int from items (excluding robe) then u might accually get the idea to use this - Or you can use a flayed skin tunic which is better.

I'm a lvl 30 wizard, and he con'd blue to me. I hit him 4 times at 240 dmg per pop, and my partner, a lvl 30 cleric, hit him for a total of 443 dmg. I don't think that Muglwump is low enough for a lvl 18 to take him alone, unless you are in a group.

i was in there at 20, didnt know the tad droped anything good but he was red to me so im sure he is higher than 18 to attain

I've seen him hit for up to 75, and has a special Rampage attack (not sure what effect). And casts various spells.
