What's the point SoE, 23 points ain't nothing. Have you had your own testing the new NPCs and what they hit for and how constantly they hit those high numbers? All of us players get these glancing blows off the mobs and our damage output drops to a single digit, but the mobs we fight NEVER have a glancing blow. A level 75 fights against light blue cons that have 30k HP and always have this nice range in which they do damage and never do simple double digit damage. So RK II is BS, and you know it SoE. Best thing I got for ya is God bless Sony and it's ilk very much.
