Velious Armor isn't like other "quests" where you do a,b,c and recieve this.
You need...
A) Guild that farms Wtov
B) Know people in a guild that farms Wtov that does pick up raids. 53+ with at least 110svf/c to even go there, and even so, your barely not a waste of space(unless ur a cleric).
C) Alot of money to buy them. PC on Solusek Ro is 80k on the greeves, and 200k on the BP. IF you can find them.
Just a reminder on those raids, you typically don't roll on the BP's/Legs if its FFA. Its usually given to the raid leader / people that have been on Wtov raids with this host's raids. Plate is more common than other pieces, but you have to roll against all Wars/Pals/Sks/Clerics if its lucky enough to be FFA lotto.
I have been lucky to have won/be given a full set of scaled knights(skyshrine) and shining(kael)armor, so its not that hard if you get in as many ToV raids as you can. And you don't need the most uber'est guild either, i got my skyshrine with a good guild (thanks Blood Tide again =) but it wasn't a Ntov capable guild by along shot.
