This is a good item for enchanters who need charisma more the they do intelligence. Hard to find decent int items in my price range that has charisma as well.
If I am not mistaken, there is also a rumor about dex playing a small part in the fizzle rate or channeling rate. Not too sure I believe, but why take a chance. 8)
/agree that the plat veil with 1 cha and int less then this is a better buy unless you have a ton of cash to spend.

This item is really good for rangers, expept for the fact that it has no AC =( Rangers can always use more dex and now that harmony has been nerfed and cha plays a factor in the check, its a pretty darn good item.

This item an excellent source of dex and cha for a bard... But if you don't have the money to purchase this one, buy the Platinum Star Ruby Veil... It's only 1 dex and cha less.
Exactly. IMO the cost to go from platinum to velium isn't worth it for a mere +1 cha and dex. But if you have the meoney anyway, go for it, if there isn't something else you need to spend it on.

Good 4 everyone. Put it on when buying or selling to a merchant. +10 Cha = better prices. In a long run will save u a lot of plat! Sweet.
