Upon combining the gem and the buffing sheet, you also get damage shield mitigation +1%. :-)

As i see it, using a sphalerite (DoT Shielding +1%) AND buffing sheets yields in a polished sphalerite without ANY changes in stats. Why would anyone try a combine that has NO use but the risk of failure and loosing the ingredients ?

Or is allakhazam giving wrong stats for the polished sphalerite ?
