from the materials used in
the crafting process, but
rather from the magical
defensive glyphs etched
across the armor's surface.
The creation of these
glyphs involves an arcane
process requiring extensive
training and a steady hand.
Many Erudites have

an arcane language of its
own that continues to
evolve and develop from
creator to creator. Due to
the complexity and rarity
of these glyphs, they were
largely distinctions of
Erudite heroes and nobles.
This book contains advanced

Characterized by complex,
swirling patterns, and
elaborate flourishes, these
symbols infuse the wearer
with rippling protective
magic. These patterns were
typically worn by Erudite
generals and heroes. You
know that you will be able
to reproduce these patterns
many times before the book

replace it.
To create pattern for
tailoring armor templates
based on these patterns you

large bottle of ink, a roll
of high quality vellum, a
