Ok I'm in Grobb, and the spawns are not 30 minutes. In fact, out of the 6 total sharptooth caribe, they spawn about every 2 minutes. However, the drop rate for the item sucks.

Found one on my first try entering the city... Not in the first pool/creek you cross. Found my by the fishing supply guy. The pool with the bridge acrossed it.

Drops off of "sharptooth cairbe" in two different pools in the city.
