Cool. Guess they just forgot to link the required ingredient on the mage summoned item? /shrug
click the link by the "effect" it says it under the spell description that it requires a reagent.
Reading the effect info does not always give you a clear picture of what is used. Take the Summoned: Waterstone for example. It's a 1 charge enduring breath, the write up on the item and in the effects write up says requires a fish scale, but does not require a fish scale to use.
