this can also be used in other decent foods. you can match most any stat you are in need of depending on what you are looking. here is a link from traders with the stats and recipies.

Uh, according to the forums on EQTraders, no you didnt, perhaps you made a mistake, as that is the current buzz over there now that there is no known recipes for Taelosian Wheat Flour. Perhaps you could provide a link to what you saw? Also, its not flagged as a tradeskill item.

I've finished the first portion of the quest and am now working on the 2nd involving Taelosian Mountain Wheat (not yet listed on Alla) which drops in Tipt.

My current theory is that finishing these quests (and maybe the other GoD tradeskill quests) unlocks another quest from Chef Chowderly who currently tells you that you need to prove your dedication to the cause before he can talk to you.

Finishing this quest probably involves making Chowderly's Delightful Tuna Cakes as I have not yet found a container that will allow me to make this combine (I currently have 250 baking skill + GM spoon).

Nope, even according to that link no recepies have been found. According to that post it's used in a tradeskill quest. Two completely different things.

PS going through that quest has the same result as the freebie quest, you'll be able to refine the Wheat into Flour on your own. It's just you only have to do like 20 turn-ins with that quest, versus 100 for the freebie one.

PPS as to the Chowderly's Delightful Tuna Cakes, someone over at EQtraders needs to change that, there's no way that combine can be done in a Spit or a Collapsable Spit, they only have 6 slots, and that recepie uses 9. That combine would only be possible in a Oven.
