Pain in the butt to try and skill up on any of these

First, this is NOT a drink, it's just an item with a charge of a very slow SoW that gets u drunk if your tolerance isn't above 80 I believe. Don't bother trying it when u have SoW buff already because it will say "spell did not take hold"

Second, it says "This item can be used in tradeskills" Anyone know what it's used for?
