The haste on these is second only to the fleeting quiver. If you group with a mage that can summon these and your quiver isnt a fleeting quiver, ask em to. Bow haste is most excellent =), its a 50 WR quiver now, and with bow haste on quivers being related to the WR of the quiver, thats quite good. The fleeting quiver is the only better quiver because it has 60 WR.
