Murdrick is located in the caves near Velks. He drops his head and Murdrick's Plan -- both needed on the Coldain Ring quests (9th).
He is in a cave in the area of n5580 p3530 -- north of Velketor's Labyrinth. He conned Dark Blue to me at Level 53 and was a very hard hitting, high hit point MOB. He has several other MOB's in his company.
