I saw it asked before, but saw no responses. Everywhere I look, I see Imbued Cab Scale. Has anyone seen or been succesful with Enchanted Cab Scale, or even better Imbued/Enchanted which would make it more similiar to the other racial armors. I am just curious. This is the only racial armor I make and would like to know how to make the Imb/Ench set if it exists.
I am glad to know though that as Iksars, we don't bleed very much in battle.

It's imbued. Enchanted Cabilis Scale doesn't exist. Imbued Cab Scale is similar to cab scale but it requires a rare temper of various bloods, so brewing skill too. I've been successful at a few pieces but it's too rare to fail. Never had someone seriously offer to buy some from me after they find out what it entails.

I made myself a full suit shortly after cultural armor was brought into the game. Gawd sarnak blood was hard to come by. I had everyone I knew saving it for me, and I had the skill to make the stuff long long before I had enough blood to actually do it. Needless to say, I was thrilled and very proud of myself when I finished my complete suit and slapped it on my shaman. I've since swapped out everything but the coat and leggings for higher wis items, but the AC is fantastic on this stuff. My shaman is pushing 900 AC (I enjoy taunting my warrior friend of the same level who has less AC than I, hehehe) when fully buffed with her own buffs and at 197 wisdom (without bear form). That said, this stuff looks HORRIBLE in Luclin. It looks like a bunch of rocks glued to my poor little iksar. I don't even know how she walks with it on. I try not to favor fashion over stats most of the time, but sometimes when something is this god awful ugly, I can't help myself. Sorry for being a bit OT, but this stuff just looks hideous to me and I'm really disappointed.

You can become a Cabilis Master Brewer without ever leaving the tent just outside the Bank (Except for running to West Cabilis for Flasks of Water). Get your skill up over (170+) before you waste any IKS blood on the Scale Tempers. This skill is super cheap. You should never have to go find a brewer for your tempers cause you can knock this skill out in one day.

Now, I can find the Coat mold by the forge. I know that Scale Temper is made from bloodwater and froglok/sarnak/iksar blood. I can find the Skyiron Sheets in the warrior guild. I'm a 36 shammy, so I can imbue my own amber. But can someone please tell me where I can find SkyIron Scales?
Also I hear people talking about having a good brewing skill, why?

To make the scale temper, you need to BREW the 3 bloods and the bloodwater, so that should answer your brewing question.
The SkyIron scales are made by smithing a brick of skyiron, water, and file.

My character Cikrn on Vallon Zek makes and sells all Imblued Cabilis Scale Armor.

the best place i have been able to pick up Iksar blood is Dalhnirs still only get one or two a day if lucky but it is at least better then the days to weeks i have gone in LoIO and WW without a single drop of the stuff. So i hope this helps

Iksar blood only seems to drop on fairly high level Iksar. I've been running around killing various Iksar for quite a while with several characters, and the only time I've had it drop was when I've killed the Iksar Bandit Lord in WW.
He's about 32, I think. I expect the minimum level for this component to drop is 30, to guess.

How much would it cost for the components?
I also read that if you had magic boots then your kick would be different in some way. How much would it cost to make the boots?

The only difference in the kick with magical boots is that you will now be able to kick magical creatures (e.g. Wisps). The components for Enchanted Scale aren't all that expensive. It's getting your blacksmithing skill high enough to successfully make it that takes a lot of time and money.

Hehe componetns not that expensive i say HA your smoking crack. Iksar blood on my server goes for 100pp + a stack not to mention froglock blood and Sarnak which are easily enough collected. 50pp per ac on Enchanted Iksar scale is goin Rate on Tholuxe Paells (sp?) making this a very exspensive piece of armor for mid range Char

..but the price reflects the effort. Finding iskar blood: a pain. Making the scale temper: a pain: hours of invested time in brewing, or finding a master brewer (plus the cost: either by you, or the brewer who wants to be compensated). Then you have to find someone to imbue you the amber....ick. Finally, you have to succeed...it's days of time and several thousand platinum to make 188 skill (the top trivial for "normal" cabilis scale) or heck, 202 if you did capes (which is days more)...and you're a fool to try making this without as high as skill as possible (do you want to fail and find MORE iskar blood?).
At any rate, you're paying for the pain in the **** factor in any imbued cabilis armour. If it's too much, banded or non-imbued's much cheaper. But if you want the best, it's gonna cost you, because it sure cost your smith.

Unfortunately not only smithing is a pain.
The product is a combination of a 135+ skill brewer, a 175+ skill iksar smith, a level 29+ shaman, and some rare iksar blood. (the iksar blood is more common on the iksars in sebilis, but hey, if you can get there, you dont need this armor)
