So all rogues who are attempting this know, the trivial is actually 180, not 150. I tried to make a few stacks of these with a skill of 125 and failed my first half dozen or so. And unlike other lower poisons, this is kinda like a spell. Once it is cast, it stays on you for 15 mins (at lvl 47+) and during which time you can proc this lifetap. This may seem like a pointless post, but I almost did not make these since the lifetap was so weak. After finding out it hangs out for about 15 mins it seemed more worthwhile to make. Just thought I would let people know in case they were fuzzy on the info.
