Not likely. 17ac is just a little better than banded, and the stats are almost laughable. I feel sorry for the barbarians for having such lousy cultural armor.

I think this armour has to be one of the best, especially as my Barbarian shaman can use it!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a great item for 'bout 25-45 because of the high ac. You should be able to get the wisdom back that you lose when you switch from using a BS Tunic to this at lvl 25~30.
Many good shamans I know go:
PW, Chain/Banded, BS Tunic, Imbued Tunic, RyGorr/Sentry or other SoV, Treeweave, then high lvl stuff.
As soon as this came out I had 3 post 50 friends trade out the BS Tunic for this and one lvl 45 trade to this. Now they wear plane dropped BP's or the Treeweave.
Dead Shamans are the ones that don't believe in the "AC is king and up those resists" thought and are still wearing BS tunics and the god-awful gator legs in thier old age.
-Plus it's always great to have more AC than the hybrid tanks :)
