I checked the vendor "Ramma Poddin" listed in the "can also be found" post and No these are Not part of her regular stocked items. As far as Farming enough to be useful there are maybe about 10+ mobs that drop the tiny brass shuriken and they only drop one (1) at a time when they do drop. I did one (1) round of killing and got a total of five (5)! Not a very good use of your time for something your just going to throw away! You are better off just paying the the 1 silver each (one plat per stack of 100) for the regular basic shuriken sold in PoT by Samusk Hariij in building south next to PoK book.

You can buy these for pretty cheap from Ramma Poddin who is one of the lady merchants in the lighthouse of the Gulf of Gunthak.
With a faction of indifferent and a Charisma of 146 they cost 5 sp and 2 cp a piece.
Also if I remember right can buy them from one of the merchants in Paineel.

Ramma Poddin is not a regular supplier of these. Considering you can loot them in the warrens two zones away I imagine you were simply lucky enough to have found where a player had sold them to the vendor.
