Just for the record, the trivial on this is NOT 1. I just failed it with a smithing of 42.
oh well, there goes 500pp.

Don't confuse trivial (when you stop getting skill ups) with success rate (anything has 5% failure, unless its no fail)
{update} ... Just created two of these today, requires Brick of Molten Ore + Vial of Purified Mana = Enchanted Molten Bar... Recipie is incorrect above. Also make sure to combine in Taanan (POK) forge, as they are the only ones that work.
