yeah this only useable by a lvl 35th and I'm sure many can get better twinks for their character. But like other Items i've seen outthere it's made for a paly. The WIS, and STR is favorable mostly to them. All the SK favorable things are also PAL favorable. As in STR, INT, and WIS. my 2cp. If this was an int bonus I'd buy it for my SK.
Take into account not all items are always added for max usability or to become the must have item in the world. You of course can think of a dozen more uber uses for the memory space in their database rather than a sense heading BP. However this game is not all about how high your stats can go or how powerful your toon has become. This is pretty exciting to see stuff like this coming out. It makes me remember back to when tinkering was a useless skill and you had a small selection to chose from. Content is king when it comes to an interesting game. I like it.
i would have to agree, having a compass on most screens and having to raise the skill so its functional makes this near useless..... but maybe im not all that new to the game. i remember when we needed the skill senseheading before everyone made maps of most of the zones.
getting up your sense heading really isnt all that difficult, just put it in a skill slot (i use the 6th one in macro thing), and bind the key to the button you use to turn right or left as an alternate button...So everytime you push the left or right button you'll be usin this skill...works great!! before you know it you'll be maxed in sense heading ^_^

If you do bind it it will be maxxed at lvl 7 or 8, then the 10% would most likely help a lot. Of course, that lvl is assuming you do get a lot of exp and spend most of the time hunting, not wandering about town.
