Just a stupid question maybe, but i'm having troubles finding a troll gm smith. But if a troll can provide the infused folded acryllia sheet, can another race do the combo's for worked shield and final combine?

This must be combined in the Grobb forge. The forge is race specific and cannot be used by other races, thus, you need a Troll to make it.
Also to be considered is the fact that you worship Karana and this item is Cazic-Thule specific. You can't use it anyway, unless you are planning on giving it to another character.

The final combine must be made by the appropriate race. That's why human smith's are so common, they can make gear for many different deities and races, as long as they are human wearable.
My barb war is Tribunal, our guild 250+ smith is human, so he can't make my armor. He could if I were Rallos Zek, because the armor is human waerable, too.

This item is very nice! I want it for my troll shammie (for once worshipping Cazic will get me something useful). What are the ingredients and skill level required for this item?

Or paladin or bard...but this is made with tradeskills and probably has all the original classes of the Mistmoore Shield it was made from.
