how much would this cost to make or buy?
The description above says that the Ykesha effect on this sword is TRIGGERED, not RANDOM.

No. Only the Rallos Zek version has the AC bonus. Interestingly enough, Hateful has a DEX bonus while this has nothing.
pop 2 of these on my Iksar warrior and watch the hell out.

Note that there is an unimbued, non-deity specific version of this sword.
They just didn't bother to change the races when they added the deity restriction.
There must be over 1000 items in this game that have impossible combinations of race/class/deity on them. Its just lazy coding on the part of the developers.
