Ok, took me a long time to fidn the guy that sells these. You can buy these from Draan N`Ryt, the smithy vendor in Neriak Third Gate. He is kinda hard to find as he is off on the corner of the zone.
The best way i can describe how to get to him is this. There is an area with a Dock, and a stone bridge. Take the stone bridge to his building. His loc is Pos690 Neg1760
The Bricks sell for about 18-22plat each depending on your charisma mine is only 64 so I had to pay about 22p.
Bricks are used to make an Infused Sheeet of Adamantite for DE Cultural Armors.
