A GM just told me to make this in return for a gem, but I don't feel like making a gnome so I can tinker. LOL

Description lists Human Wood Elf Gnome Troll Ogre & Iksar as races, yet item photo shows that it is clearly Gnome only. Items cost about 50pp per attempt to make, and require a fairly high tinkering skill. (Tinkering is a VERY expensive trade skill) I would expect these to go for about 100 plat min, but probably closer to 200 average. These are okay items for a gnome caster who has a bunch of int gear everywhere else, but wants to carry more gear around. The combination of very low weight and nice str buff makes this a nice item.
