its all about the str and the HP, forget wisdom the 20 mana is basically the same as 5 int anyways depending on lvl
Looks like yet another typo on SOE (or was Verant still in charge when this came out?)'s part, Shadow Knights use Intelligence rather than Wisdom... only use this could be is for the Warrior who's using Wisdom for his tradeskills. Otherwise, don't look for this to be a big seller ;)
