Far as I know, Gnome SK's dont get a choice as to who to worship, so since it's Bertie by default, why can't gnomes wear this? thanx.

OK, is there a line of crafter armor for Ogre/SK/Rallos Zek? I know I'm worshipping this dark lord for some purpose, but havent seen armor posted that I can wear.

Rallos Zek armor can be made by humans (Fierce Heraldic) or Ogres. If you say dark lord and mean Inny, then that would also be ogre smithing.

Look for Crimson Darkscale armor. They have some pieces posted here (but not the breastplate, though it should be comparable).
