Trust me, this stuff is harder to make than it is to get ANY quest armor. Every piece requires multiple blue diamonds to make an attempt. It is not trivial at 250 skill. Probably a 25% success rate. Now with smithing trivials lowered, there will only be about a dozen folks across all servers who can even try to make the stuff...
To be correct each attempt requires 1 BD. I would tend to think that acuiring 4 BD, and the other required ingredients is quite easier than getting a ToV bracer and 3 CFE.
Yes getting skill up after they changed trivials, make getting ToV armor seem easy, but once you have the skill you can pruduce a lot of armor, and there are probably a number of smiths on each server already, just go find them.

better than cobalt, wonder how hard it is to make. Kinda makes me mad that its better than warrior planar or thurg quest, yet still wearable by wuss classes. /sigh
