ok, this stinks, because I made my bard a wood elf, and I didnt know you had to worship the correct diety, she worships Erollisi but apparently cant wear these because she is a wood elf and not a high elf or human. This really bites! >(
Well, since all these have over the non-deity restricted ones is +5 wis, and bards use intelligence, not wisdom for their mana pool, why does it matter.

First for you to get cultural armor you have to WORSHIP A DEITY ( Vah Shir have long forgotten gods, so ALL Vah Shir are Agnostic). this is why they don't get any culteral armor

To get Imbued armour, one needs to worship a diety.
There are cultural armours that don't require a specific deity. In fact, many culturals have an imbued and a non-imbued version, with the imbued having some extra stat boosts dependant on what deity it is.
I don't know why the Vah Shir don't get any cultural armour. Maybe it's not in yet, or just hasn't been found.

We Vah Shir need some cultural. The most royal of the races, hammers ringing 24/7, and we get no cultural armors? Something is wrong here.
