Was for sale in Bazaar today for 15,000p ... I didn't see it noted anywhere, but for new players, you should note that this satchel will only hold items with the tradeskills flag set.
It is a trivial of 15, but for some whacked logic of someone at Sony, you can't make it unless you have a high level skill (300?). why not just nake it a skill of 300 to start with?!?!

For a bag of your own, send a tell to Loati or Iyeni ingame. For every 2 silks given, you will get one bag back. You will also need a fantastic skin and a reinforced filament for your bag. The extra silk is the only payment they ask for the work and they are furnishing the patterns. These bags are wonderful. You put a component bag in the very first slot in your inventory and a regular bag below it. When you loot, the tradeskill stuff automatically goes to the component bag and the vendor trash goes to the other one. Makes sorting a whole lot easier. Life just got simpler whether you are a trader looking to stock upon supplies to sell or a tradeskiller.
Incidentally, we don't care what you do with your bags-- you can use them or sell them.

Errm, ok. They supply two of everything and then get one back, for a no fail combine? Oh wait, you're supplying the 1pp pattern. GM tailors are a dime a dozen, find someone who won't take you for [insert market value of a bag, currently 50k right after patch].
My apologies, you aren't asking for 2 filaments/pelts. Either way, the silk is worth 50k currently and the other stuff is worth maybe 400pp total. For a no fail combine (with no sub-combines) equating to less than a minute of work, well you get the idea... and don't come off like 300 Tailoring is hard work (or expensive). It just isn't, and hasn't been for 6-7 years.
A more reasonable request would be for whatever the client would like to donate. I'm sure in a month or two when the silks are worth maybe 1/10 of their current asking price; this would be a decent offer. As it stands, anyone accepting this proposition is only submitting themselves to consensual butthurt ;)
no the only item i am asking for 2 of is the silk -- and only one pelt -- after all i worked hard and spent a lot of money to max my tailoring skill- wy should i come out of pocket for helping someone when all i ask for is a silk for myself?

I am apparentlly not skilled enough:)' would be interesting to see what I need to get my skill to - went out to HoT zone to get the silk, Got it from a lizard in one of the camps in Feerott. I already had the skin in the bank.
The new 24-slot bags obtained via the Level 7 trophies will accept much more than items displaying the tradeskill tag -- I assume this bag will as well. Seems to be any item that is a recipe ingredient will fit inside these bags. I have tried numerous items that do not display the Tradeskill tag and they fit in the 24-slot bags no problem. Ancestral molds, patterns, books, files, hammers, knives, gem cutters, subcombines of all sorts, etc --- none of those items display as Tradeskill but they all fit.
funny, plains pebbles, used in half-elf and karana recipes, does not fit in the bags and when i checked they don't have tradeskill label. Also i so far have found that stuff without the label will not fit. most smithy hammers have the tradeskill label.

this will be a player made item available after the april 2012 patch:
- You can now find Extraplanar Silk in Veil of Alaris and House of Thule zones. To find instructions on how to use it to craft an Extraplanar Trade Satchel, visit Bookseller Shoden in Argath or Sherin Matrick in the Plane of Knowledge.
an important note is that only items flagged as usable in tradeskills will fit inside the bag.
