I won the Ancient Medallion of Faith last night after taking the guy down, very nice item for me. Have been needed an upgrade for some time, but won't need one for a while now, at least.
This is a perfect item for anyone of any class, I don't care what any of you say. Adds stats in every catergory and even saves! What more could you want? I'd definantly take this to replace my Glimmering Mithril Tuorq!
I don't disagree that anyone could use and benefit from it, but I'd not care to roll even if there was someone who could use it more than me. I'm an int-caster, and despite the nice saves and such that to me is more of a wis-caster item -- I'd totally yield to them.
Maybe that's just me though. I'd sure want them to yield if the reverse was true. Do unto others, yada yada...

today since its a no EQ day,(every once in a while even i need a RL check) i decided to check some posts, my big question is this. Why does everyone who posts on an item always post on who it should go to?? I mean at the lvl you need to be to get some of this gear, dont you think that the guild would have a good idea on who it should and will go to? If worse comes to worse and no point system is in effect then well every class that is listed gets to /random .... problem solved. next time hows bout posting useful info about an item, or tatics used to kill the holder of the item or how many times you had to pray your clicker cleric got camped intime. IMHO the item always tells you whos best suited to use it. its listed in the CLASSES section of the discription
I agree who cares who gets what item as long a they need the item. In this case my wizard has a better int item, (Sapphire Platinum Necklace str +7 int +7), but when my lvl 40 Vah Shar Beastlord get high enough he will go after it. :)
Drops of Zelnithak, a lvl 60-62 mob, have 2 aoe's one is earthquake and the other is poison based. Levitation helps avoid the earthquake. Have a ton of hp and a nice regen.
When we killed him droped this Medallion (I am proudly wearing it) and a Bracer of sense Ac 12 Wis 15 Sv all +6 all/all. Guess was wis casters night in Umbral plains.
Bayamon Blackkiss Lvl 58 Luminary Proud officer of Storm of Dragons
Umbral Rot is 2nd AE spell. VERY HUGE range on the area effect. It's 350 disease based. Not poison based. Didn't know about the levitation bit, that would've helped alot 8P
Very nice :o) Need to get me little Dwarven hands on this item.. all the stats all the resists 10wis and 30mana for a neck item is not bad at all :o) once im finished with Maidens Eye this might be me next zone of choice..well good hunting and safe journey to all.
Don't need to worry there...seems like the only items monkies want on this threads are the ones that are 0.0 weight. Since this is 0.3 that leaves them right out of the rolls or awarding. HAHA sorry monkies. (Ok that's enough of me being an idiot)
Compared to the rest of the high level beastlord armor, this stuff is simply godly. Most beastlord armor has the same AC as the low and mid level armor available to them. 5ac on planar leggings? 10ac on a Thurgadin cap? Stats on high level beastlord armor are generally very good, but the AC never really seems to go up.
Questing for a 10ac cap at level 55+. Sometimes I think I was right to assume that beastlords are just magicians that can melee instead of nuke. :)
