Hobbies: EQ, Writing, Cooking, Eating whatever I cook. Family? None of my own, no Besides EverQuest, what other MMORPGs have you played? World of Warcraft - Was much too easy, maxed it out and was at the top of the ladder in a month or two. No epics and little class variance. How did you find out about EverQuest, and when did you begin playing? Six years ago, oldest brother's friend got all 3 of us into the game. Do you know anyone in real life who plays EverQuest? My bro (Rodamus), and friend. How did you come up with your main character's name? Seemed obscene to have a real name, just pulled it out of a hat really. What factors affected your choice of race / class for your main character? I wanted a tail and still wanted to be a berserker... so that's why we should all choose the kitty. About how often do you play EverQuest, and how long is a typical playing session for you? 1-2 hours of LFG, usually wander off leaving Herb up & do cleaning/organization. How do you spend your time in game? LFG. heh What other class/race combinations have you levelled past 35? 68 druid, 58 warrior (both wood elf), 53 drakkin mage, 37 high elf paladin, 58 iksar necromancer, and 74 kitty berserker. Approximately how much of the EverQuest world have you experienced? 40-55% What is your favourite expansion? Kunark, was fairly substantial to the game. What is your least favourite expansion? Either TBS or SoF - tore down the lower tier grouping, everyone wanted to do Katta/SoF and won't dare settle for less. What is your favourite zone? Tie between Padual Caverns and MMC (Butcherblock LDoN), both were very fun, ambient zones - they don't see any players anymore. What is your favourite NPC? Ambassador D'Vinn, was always a pleasant surprise for throne room groups. Completely undercon for the zone. What is your favourite raid encounter (if different from NPC)? Anything that's just KILL would be my favorite. If the war between Firiona Vie and Lanys T`Vyl erupted again, which side would you take? Firiona, I need me an evil illusion! Describe your most memorable moment or proudest accomplishment in game. Having 3 GM's try and gank me - that's pretty memorable. What is the largest amount of platinum you have ever had at one time, and how did you go about accumulating it? 200k through various bazaar loot. What are some things you would change or implement in order to improve EverQuest? Put in less complicated flagging and less useless augments (55 hp aug from a level 80 boss??) What types of spells, skills, disciplines, and/or alternate abilities would you like to see added to your class? First off, Iksar berserkers, a form of endless axes AA, more upgraded discs (not just snare, jolt, stun, and volley), and master of disguise =P If you had to start over from scratch, what race/class combination would you choose? Iksar berserker, 'cause they'll put in that race/class combo! How do you describe EverQuest to your coworkers or computer-illiterate friends? Justified chatroom with pretty colors. What is next for you in the world of EverQuest? Low-mid tier raiding, epic 2.0, maybe 80. ** Pick the winner in a battle between... Qeynos vs Felwithe - Felwithe, sonyEQ ain't got nothing on elves. Innoruuk the Prince of Hate vs Cazic Thule the God of Fear - Cazic would curb-stomp Innoruuk, even the 1.5 version. Giants of Velious vs Akhevans of Luclin - Akhevans, if the giants can't beat the dragons they don't have a chance against the Mooninites. Muramites of Discord vs the Drachnids of Darkhollow - Would care to Muramites win, but Drachnids would destroy them. Tradeskilling vs Questing - Questing, much less tedious. Instance Zones vs Static Zones - Static, can bring people in without taskadd or any of that junk. Monster Missions vs Project M (PvP as Monsters) - MM Soloing vs Pick-Up Groups - Pick-Up Groups... hmm, die every 20 minutes or Soloing, killing a mob every 20 minutes - It's a tie! Guild Raiding vs Grouping With Friends - Grouping with friends, theres a better chance that I'll get a good laugh. GM (real people) Events vs Scripted (computerized) Events - Scripted, GM's try to gank me when I taunt them! Arena Royal Rumble vs 1-on-1 Duel - Royal Rumble Faydwer vs Odus - Faydwer, aside from The Hole Odus is useless. Kunark vs Velious - Kunark, lizards, epics, more dragons... Planes of Power vs Gates of Discord - Planes more than GoD, liked the flagging. GoD gave me my class though. Depths of Darkhollow vs Omens of War - Omens. Gotta love the trials. Bard vs Enchanter - Bard would kick the enchanters ass. Monk vs Rogue - Monk Paladin vs Warrior - Pally Allakhazam vs Illia - Allah by far.
