When I initially made my BST Bible sticky for the BST forum here, it was when allakhazam was not under current ownership. As I do not support the ownership, I removed my guide.

I removed my data due no longer wanting to be associated with this site. I want my guide that is unauthorized, nor will ever be unauthorized to be removed from the BST forums, and those who continue to plagerize me to be told not to continue copying my data.
If they want a BST Bible, have them work their *** of for the better part of a 3 day weekend for it. Otherwise, they are stealing everything I did and are against every I, and all BSTs stand for.

We've been over this in another thread, the quote is not plagiarized, I am not taking credit for it, it is being presented as cited information. I have stated time and time again that it is up there only to provide a template for people to start making a new sticky. I even gave a time frame in which I was going to take it down and either begin working on my own sticky or view the whole affair as the alla bst community's self-inflicted destruction and move on. The only reason I have not already taken it down is that the time I have to spend on the internet atm is limited to short breaks- such as this-which are only conductive for short posts not writting new stickys. In the meantime, it is serving a role as a cited template for creation of a new sticky.
If it would stop your whining I’ll provide a link to FFonline until I take it down.

Um. Can someone identify any document on Allakhazam that indicates a poster gives up any and all copyright status to information they post on the forums?
Unless such an article exists, RunningDemon technically owns the copyright to his post. The information could surely be rewritten in a different format and be totally legit, but defiantly copying his post and refusing to get rid of it is a violation of his copyright on said works. Its sad that anyone would stoop so low as to violate someone's copyright in the name of their own progress.

I see the entire issue as silly, honestly. But I don't think Alla is going to be forced to do anything. And hell, even if he took down the reposted guide, I don't think the OP would suddenly turn around and say "Ah, he's not such a bad guy."
As Alla doesn't have a legal obligation to do it...

Well, I see no real reason (as in, pressing and legal reason) for the guide to be removed. Personally, if RD wants it down, I think it's asshattery to keep up a repost of his work. But as it was selfish, in my opinion, to take it down in the first place...
